Refund and Return Policy

We strive to make your order delivered perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything go wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our staffs are online 24/7 and are trained to respond to concerns. Rest assured that we are always here to listen to your complaints.

Refund:

If the order is canceled by the customer 10 days before the delivery date, customer will get full refund, only after deducting a service charge of Php 500.00 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is higher.

If the order is canceled by the customer 9-5 days before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.

If the order is canceled by the customer less than 5 days before the delivery date, no refund will be made.

Return & Replace:

If customer not satisfied with item for a valid reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded.
We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if :

1. Faulty items.
2. Items damaged in transit.
